Important, please note: if both child/teen & parent/guardian would like to receive emails and log ins, you'll need to register via this form twice with 2 different email addresses.

If you are a parent/guardian and would like to receive emails and log ins on behalf of your child, please use your own email upon enrolment.

If you would like to register multiple participants to the same email address, please add all names to the 'Participant's First Name' field separated by an 'and', '&' or ',' - for Example 'Sam & Lucy' OR 'Sara, Sam & Lucy'
